Control Tower
To work with CFTs for business assessment, road mapping and implementation of Supply Chain Control Tower for key Business Processes and KPIs
To work with CFTs for creating sustainable data pipeline with different data source like SAP, SharePoint
To work with CFTs for creating dashboard on visualization tool (Power BI)
To Work with CFTs for sustenance of Supply Chain Control Tower after roll out
IBP Demand Planning
To work in end-to-end cycle of IBP project like blueprinting, configuration, testing, UAT, Cutover
To support in active adoption by conducting trainings with cross functional users for smooth functioning.
To create process flows and manuals of the standardized demand planning processes which helps the users in getting onboarded.
To learn and create maximum user stories in IBP as per the user’s requirement/ project need.
IBP Master Data
To support in Master Data Upload/Collection/Cleansing; To perform analysis on data to derive insights & to identify Master data related gaps
